Cancellation and Postponement Policy

In the event of your cancellation less than 30 days before the course, the fee will be retained by A&E Training and a relocated date will be considered. If no date can be arranged within 3 months, A&E will retain these funds as administration expenses. If the course is cancelled less than a week prior to the course, full payment is required, no other date will be offered. (Extenuating circumstances may be considered on a course by course basis.)

Course Cancellation by A&E Training

A&E Training do not accept any liability for courses cancelled due to ill health of trainers or circumstances beyond our control such as Force Majeure (an event which is outside the reasonable control of a party and which prevents that party from performing its obligations under a contract). However, we will do our best to reschedule the course, or a course place for your learners at a time to suit you.

A&E Training have the right to cancel courses with less than 6 learner bookings up until two weeks before the course’s start date.
